Jonathan Gruber is the Department Head and the Ford Professor of Economics in the Department of Economics. His fields of inquiry include behavioral economics, health economics, labor economics, and public economics. He is the former Director of the Health Care Program at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and the former President of the American Society of Health Economists.
