Kip V. Hodges is an MIT alumus PhD'82, former MIT Professor of Geology, former Dean for the MIT undergraduate curriculum, and recipient of the MacVicar Award, MIT's highest recognition for teaching excellence. He currently serves as the Foundation Professor of Geology and is a Founding Director of the School of Earth and Space Exploration at Arizona State University.
