“It’s harder to deal with a problem after the fact,” said Eric Klopfer, a professor in MIT’s Comparative Media Studies and Writing program and director of the Scheller Teacher Education program who spoke with the Boston Globe about students’ use of AI. “So the first thing is to have really clear policies about where you can use it and where you can’t use it.”
