Kelly-Douglas Research Grant
About the Kelly-Douglas Research Grant
The Kelly-Douglas Fund provides humanities graduate students in MIT’s School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences with valuable support for research, conference travel, and related academic activities. SHASS graduate students with proposals are encouraged to apply for funding.
Awards are distributed on a rolling basis each semester, making it simple to request support when it is most useful. Because the Fund is designed to assist as many scholars as possible, grants are modest— one request up to $1500 per individual each academic year—but they can provide valuable resources to help advance your research.
