David Autor Economics

David Autor is the Daniel (1972) and Gail Rubinfeld Professor of Economics in the Department of Economics, a Margaret MacVicar Faculty Fellow, and a Google Technology and Society Visiting Fellow. His research explores the labor-market impacts of technological change – including artificial intelligence – and globalization on job polarization, skill demands, earnings levels and inequality, and electoral outcomes.
