David Singer is the Raphael Dorman-Helen Starbuck Professor of Political Science and Head of MIT’s Department of Political Science. His research interests include international political economy with an emphasis on international financial relations, financial crises, migration, international institutions and governance, monetary, currency, and exchange rate policies and politics, central banking, and regulation.
