Kelly Essay Prize
The deadline to submit an essay for the 2012-13 competition is noon, April 16, 2013.
Kelly-Douglas Traveling Fellowships
Fellowship applications for IAP 2013 travel are due at Noon on November, 13, 2012. The deadline for applications to travel in Summer 2013 is noon on April 16, 2013.
Teaching and Research Support
The Fund will accept applications for IAP 2014 in the Fall of 2013. Applications for Spring 2013 will be accepted starting January 1, 2013.
Mission
The Kelly-Douglas fund supports projects that enrich our understanding of one or more of the fields comprising the Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences at MIT.
Initially created to support faculty research and teaching in the humanities alone, the Fund has gradually shifted its emphasis, broadening its mission to include lecturers and students (both graduate and undergraduate).
