Mail-in voting is popular and secure
MIT political scientist and director of the Election Data and Science Lab Charles Stewart spoke with The Boston Globe for an opinion piece on mail-in voting and the Trump Administration’s campaign to severely curtail or end it. “There’s no evidence that mail-in ballots are more prone to fraud than in-person voting. Both types of fraud are rare,” Stewart told the Globe’s editorial board.
