Review: Goodman’s ‘Oscar Wao,’ based on the Junot Díaz novel, hits with gale force winds
The Chicago Sun-Times reviews “Oscar Wao,” a new play based on MIT Comparative Media Studies/Writing professor Junot Díaz’s Pulitzer Prize-winning novel “The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao.” “The journey through familial and global history is a dazzling, upsetting, affirming trip where beauty and brutality are as inseparable as light and shadow,” the review says.
