MIT SHASS and De Florez Fund for Humor invite members of the MIT community to an evening of fun and laughs with comedian Michelle Wolf!
MICHELLE WOLF has established herself as one of the most influential voices in the comedy landscape. The Village Voice calls her “the voice comedy needs right now,” and The Daily Beast declared, “Michelle Wolf is the future of stand-up comedy.” Most recently, Wolf released her third stand up special, “Michelle Wolf: It’s Great to Be Here”, a series of three 30-minute episodes on Netflix. The special premiered to rave reviews and rose to the Top 10 most watched TV on Netflix. Her previous special “Michelle Wolf: Joke Show” is also on the platform. In 2017, Wolf debuted her first hour-long stand-up special, “Michelle Wolf: Nice Lady,” on HBO. The well-reviewed special garnered her a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Writing For A Variety Special.
In 2018, she made international headlines as the much buzzed-about headliner of the White House Correspondents Dinner. Wolf’s other television credits include being an on-air contributor and writer for “The Daily Show with Trevor Noah” and a writing supervisor and performer on “Late Night with Seth Meyers.
