Economist Parag Pathak receives PECASE
Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers
President Obama has named named MIT Associate Professor of Economics Parag Pathak as a recipient of an Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers, the highest honor bestowed by the U.S. government on science and engineering professionals in the early stages of their independent research careers. Commenting on the award, Dean Deborah Fitzgerald said, "It is a wonderful recognition of Parag's terrific research and his current and future impact on real world problems."
