SHASS DEI Staff Book Read

The School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences' Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion sponsored a staff gathering to read the book Getting to Diversity: What Works and What Doesn't by authors Frank Dobbin and Alexandra Kalev. The book examines existing approaches to workplace diversity efforts and brings a data-driven approach to determining what works.

Carly Soll, a member of the SHASS DEI staff, led a spirited discussion of the book and related themes on Thursday, October 26 Take a look at images from the event below. Photos by Jon Sachs.
